Michelle & John’s Wedding – The Westwood Hotel, Galway

Our second wedding in Galway in 2 weeks had us up for the lovely couple Michelle & John, who were game for anything and were so easy to photograph due to their fun and ‘whacky’ nature and we even had them in a quick training session on the track of UCG. Their entrance to their guests at the Westwood Hotel in Galway was hillarious and had the guest in great party mood.

Ciara & Trevor’s Wedding Dromoland Castle Co Clare

Galway girl Ciara and Ozzie, Trevor, tied the knot in Galway Cathedral in a wet and windy summers day , but despite the typical Irish weather we had a blast shooting the wedding and the fun later on route to Dromoland Castle The extended coverage included a great first dance as well as spectacular dancing display espicaly for the visiting guests.

A selection of images from the wedding of Mary & Mike, following up on their great E- Session in Dingle. The venue for the reception was Castle Oliver in Ardpatrick co Limerick. A first for us and what a stunning intimate venue for a wedding reception. It was almost like a castle built for Harry Potter with the gargoyles surrounding the red stone building.
Many of the Limerick Football and Hurling team players were present due to Mike’s involvement in both teams serving his County of Limerick in both sports, and Mary quiet a accomplished Camaogie player too had her supporters too.

It was a late night due to the extended coverage and the late start to the first dance but this just gave us more shooting time to get some stunning shots around the castle, and the highlights slideshow we put together went down very well too.

It was a great pleasure been part of both your big day and we wish you the very best of happiness as you begin your journey of live as a couple.

Ciara & Trevor jetted into Shannon and scooted over to Dromoland Castle so that we could meet up with them and shoot their e-session. It was our second time meeting them prior to their wedding, and despite it almost been dark we were still able to push the cameras and get some interesting and fun images on the night.

Wet, Wet , Wet…buy hey it was fun……so much for summer in Ireland….it poured during Lorraine & Paul’s E-Session, but I wanted to shoot it in the rain , and they were so up for it despite the bad conditions, and it just shows , as long as you are having fun you can still get great images.

Just lets hope that their wedding day coming up in 2 weeks will have a much better day, either way I am sure they will still be such a great couple to photograph.

We laughed and laughed all day with Majella & Jack

This is how weddings should be, fun all the way, no stress, a big party with laughter that we nearly hurt ourselves by the time we had finished up with Majella & Jack.
Our day started out on the Farm with Jack, been a farmer as well as a school teacher Jack wanted to do a few shots with his grooms men in around the farm and been typical Irish weather it pored down on us , but it did not stop us from having some great fun with the lads on the farm. Then it was on to Majella’s house to do the bridal shots and as expected she was her giggly self and putting everyone in great form with her smile and laughs.
I think we have not had as much fun on a wedding in such a long time as we did with Majella & Jack. They epitomised what a wedding day should be and that is a celebration mixed with fun and laughter and nothing taken too serious. Even the sun made a welcome visit to the wedding by the end of the day to top off a brilliant wedding.The reception was held in The Dunraven Arms Hotel Adare Wedding Dress was supplied by Liz & Mags Horgan at Finesse Bridal Wear Listowel.

Hope the break in New Zealand is going well and looking forward to seeing you back home soon.
